Experience the organic goodness of clay in your hands.  Come and work in this fully stocked studio with Artist Karen Snyder as she takes you through the multi-process of clay making from wedging to scoring and slipping, tool identification, clay jargon, drying firing and glazing.  Make a variety of functional forms using numerous hand-building techniques.  Choose from bowls, plates, mugs, vases, lidded vessels, all using slabs (rolled clay), coils, slumping and pinching techniques.  Once basic techniques are learned, students can work on special projects of their own imaginings.
