Yang’s Tai Chi is the most popular style of Chinese Martial art, and now it’s right in your own backyard!  Join the thousands of practitioners receiving the benefits of Tai Chi.   Often referred to as a moving meditation.  Learn techniques to still and focus the mind while strengthening the body.  Proven to strengthen muscles, make bones denser, strengthen connective tissue, reduce stress and improve balance while making you more flexible.  Students will be introduced to “The Form” a series of gentle and relaxing movements which they can take with them and practice anywhere.  Students will also be introduced to qi gong, internal training for one’s internal organs and lymphatic system.  Tai Chi is a fun and exciting way to stay in or get into excellent shape. 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing, your everyday footwear and bring a bottle of water.

INSTRUCTOR BIO:

 Kyle Marston has been practicing and teaching Traditional Chinese martial arts for over 15 years.  He has worked with people of differing backgrounds and abilities.  Kyle strives to make his classes fun and challenging for everyone.  His goals are to have the students have something they can take away from every class to benefit them for the rest of their lives.  Because of his diversified training he can also offer supplemental guidance and instruction in various styles of Kung Fu custom tailored for all students.
