Uke Can Play Too! Dust off that ukulele and join other beginner ukulele players for four weeks of strumming fun!  Nan Starr will teach you Ukulele Basics: Ukulele History, Ukulele Parts, how to hold and tune your instrument, how to read a chord chart, Basic ukulele chords and strumming patterns. You will leave the first class with at least one song to perform for your partner, your dog, or at the moon. We will build our repertoire over the four weeks, with an opportunity to invite willing friends and family to a short performance at the end of the program. Winter doldrums? Political Fatigue Syndrome? This happy little instrument will help renew your spirits, revive your sense of humor, and get you on the road to recovery.
